If you want your blog to be searchable, post about a specific topic, like one project you are working on, or one success through software you experienced. Think about what people will think when they find your blog, and what they might want to know.
Clients are definitely more likely to come back if you answer their questions on your blog. Keep that in mind, and remember to keep it focused.
